Caretaker

We wish to appoint a School Caretaker to undertake a range of duties to ensure that our school site is safe, secure and the best environment it can be for our pupils, staff and visitors.  We are looking for someone who is committed to making a difference, hardworking and reliable, experienced in building maintenance and flexible in their approach to help meet the needs of the school.  Reporting to the School Business Manager you will be responsible for - Security of the premises and the grounds including some out of hours school lettings, Maintenance of premises and furnishings, including general repairs, The monitoring of contractors whilst on site, Some cleaning duties, ogether with any other appropriate duties required to fulfil the role. Basic working hours are 7.00am – 10.00am and 3.30pm – 6.00pm and some evening and weekend work for school lettings.
