Our Client are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors within a busy office
This is a Temporary position for 4 weeks which could be extended possibly longer
It is essential that you have experience of working within an inbound telephony environment and demonstrate excellent communication skills along with strong attention to detail.
The post holder is required to be multi-skilled, able to demonstrate flexibility and willingness and provide face-to-face services within the Civic Centre.
The role also has a focus on and recognising revenue generating opportunities when working for the client.
