The University of Southampton Catering Services are recruiting a Hospitality Operations Manager to undertake the day-to-day planning and supervision of its hospitality, fine dining and delivered catering services.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the Hospitality Operations Team and will report directly to the Catering Services Manager.
A strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent communication and planning skills and experience in the running of a wide range of hospitality events are essential. Experience of managing fine dining restaurants and food retail outlets would also be of benefit.
