BANK Support Workers

Experienced Support Workers required for a child who is physically disabled and has communication problems as a result of cerebral palsy living in his own home in Neston, Cheshire.

We require someone to work in a rehabilitation and support role, enabling the client to lead as fulfilling a life as possible, maximising their physical potential and safety at all times giving help and assistance with all activities of daily living.

The right applicant will work alongside a delightful boy who requires to support in everyday tasks such as cooking, personal care, travelling to and back from school as well as during holidays and when participating in leisure activities. As the client is very playful, open-minded and has a lots of potential we will require somebody who is not afraid of new experiences, games any many other activities that the client would like to do.

The BANK Support Workers will be required to cover shifts as required. They should be flexible and willing to deal with the day to day needs of the family. A variety of shifts are available to include mornings and evenings.

Our client seeks someone who is well organised and flexible. Rates of pay £13.00 per hour weekdays - £15.00 per hour weekends. Reasonable travel time and millage will be considered.

All posts are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure.  Full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential.
