Job Details
The Client Services Specialist is an exciting and dynamic client-facing position, providing the first point of contact for all inbound client enquiries. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and our studio conservators to achieve the best solutions for restoring their artwork. Creating a memorable, positive and bespoke client experience is central to this role. You will be a master communicator able to quickly put clients at ease with your mature, knowledgeable and friendly manner. You will be in regular contact with existing clients and take the lead in generating new business and client enquiries. Working on the phone and via email in a busy office environment, you will be responsible for managing the experiences of multiple clients concurrently.

Responsibilities
Contact all new client leads via phone and email to ascertain their requirements.
Follow up consistently with new enquiries, image requests, quoted leads, etc .
Up-sell and cross-sell other services, i.e. frame cleaning and restoration.
Carry out weekly catch-ups with historical clients to nurture our existing relationship.
Educate clients about the business and services offered.
Update the Directors with interesting opportunities discovered during client conversations.
Manage and regularly update multiple systems and work closely with the office team to ensure all systems are kept up to date and running efficiently.

Person Specifications
The suitable candidate will be a confident communicator, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We require someone who is organised and conscientious, and able to quickly learn and utilise new systems. The position is available to start immediately, but we will be able to work around longer notice periods. The successful candidate will be based in our Carlisle studio. Some travel will be required to attend site visits, client and business meetings. Experience in restoration and conservation is not compulsory, but an appreciation for and interest in art would be desirable.
