Office Manager
Crickhowell, Powys (NP8 1HW)

An exciting opportunity exists for someone to join our clients growing family business at their new offices at Granada Park Industrial Estate, Llangattock, Crickhowell, Powys NP8 1HW.

Our client is a Specialist distributor of marking systems and tools into the electrical control panel market and are the UK Repair Centre for one their key suppliers.

This is a key role that will enable the directors to focus on customer acquisition and growing the business. The ideal candidate will come with experience from within a similar role, with excellent written and spoken communication skills and an energetic, positive and outgoing mindset!

You'll need to be highly organised, with a good eye for detail and a proficient user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel together with excellent working knowledge of Sage Line 50.

The role will involve day to day management of the office processes and procedures, supervisory role of two staff together with full management of the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System.

In addition monthly financial reporting to the Directors together with sales and purchase ledger management and product distribution and stock control.

Main duties to include:

  • Manage overall Office Administration
  • Manage Processes and Procedures Implementation
  • Manage ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System
  • Accounts Management including Financial Reporting to Directors
  • Production Distribution & Stock Control
  • Sales & Purchase Ledger Management & Cash Control
  • Company Purchasing
  • Arranging Travel & Accommodation for the Directors

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • IT literate incl. Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Excellent working knowledge of Sage Line 50
  • Highly Organised
  • Reliable
  • Motivated

Our client is ISO9000 / 2015 approved so all documentation is to be rigorously maintained so attention to detail is a must. They are looking for someone confident, positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, honest, and reliable with the ability to work well in a small team.

Hours Per Week: Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and 4.00pm on Friday with 1hr for lunch.

Salary: £19,000.00 - £22,000.00 depending on experience
