We are looking for our new Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Newport Branch covers the South East of Wales area offering an excellent recruitment solution to both our clients & candidates.
We pride ourselves on our service & our honest approach, to ensure that our clients & candidates receive the very best service available in our industry.
So onto the role....
We want to find an individual who has a track record in sales.
This role is very much about adding value to an already successful team of consultants, who are dedicated to our temporary solutions.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, really enjoy building relationships & guiding our clients about our recruitment solutions.
We don't want a traditional consultant that `talks the talk`, we want an individual who can research our market place and fact find to generate a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Companies we trade with we have long standing relationships with & we want to introduce you to these accounts, whilst enjoying the benefits that a new consultant can bring, by opening new doors for us.
Your training & development will be managed in house via a market leading, in house training department. Your induction will be robust & comprehensive, however it will be led by us as a branch.
The feeling I want you to have from our ad is that were after the right person fit for our team.
We want a sales person that sells naturally, who can build long lasting relationships with like minded clients & of course have some fun.
