Clerk of the council and Responsible Financial Officer
Great Baddow Parish Council is seeking to appoint a Clerk/RFO for this very busy Parish Council Office. The post is full time (37 Hours)
The Clerk/RFO will take overall responsibility for the Council’s day to day operations whilst helping to develop and implement its future growth strategy and associated plans
The ideal candidate must be able to work on his or her own initiative with a small team, providing advice and administrative support to the Parish Council. S/He will be expected to attend evening meetings as appropriate.
The Clerk/RFO works from the Parish Council Office at 19 Maldon Road, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, CM2 7DW
The Council is offering a salary at LC3 Substantive SCP 43-47 (£38237 - £41967), local government terms and conditions and entry into the pension scheme.
It is expected that the successful candidate will hold an appropriate qualification in local government administration
