Location: Gedling Borough, Nottingham

Hours: Various hours available
Salary: GBP18,756 to GBP21,309 per annum, dependent on experience

About the role:

We are looking for Sheltered Housing Coordinators to join our team providing an intensive housing management service to tenants living in our sheltered housing. This will include assessing security, health & safety checks, referrals for adaptations, assessing housing needs, tenancy management including tenancy sign ups.

About you:

You will possess a passion for making a difference and have relevant housing and / or support experience as well as experience of working with older / vulnerable people. You will be able to provide advice and guidance on housing related issues including welfare benefits and be adept at inter-agency working. You must also be flexible and able to travel between accommodation locations.
