Multi Trade Operative

Are you an experienced Multi- Trade Plumber looking for permanent work in Somerset?

A leading community based provider of Social Housing are seeking a Multi-Trade Operative with a Level 2 in Plumbing to undertake multi-skilled general building work in tenanted and void properties. You will have the chance to work both alone, or with others as a team, including contractors and other specialists. You will provide an out-of-hours emergency service to customers, answering telephone calls, determining whether there is a need to visit and doing so where necessary to make safe. This will be carried out with colleagues on a rota basis.

As a permanent member of this team you will be entitled to a company van and 30 days Annual leave (including Bank Holidays) as well as battery power tools, pension scheme, 3 months full pay sick leave 3 months half pay and out of hours service standing payment plus call out payments.
