The role

Do you want to be part of the transformational change in the Front Office that is currently underway?

Rathbones Investment management as part of the FOIPE project are seeking applications for the role of a Learning & Development Trainer who can understand the Front Office function ideally with direct experience as well as holding a professional qualification who can interested to move into a learning & development role. You do not need to have specific experience of training; just the willingness to learn and apply your skills and knowledge as well as the ability to get on with people. The role involves design, delivery, assessment, feedback and coaching of Front Office teams across the UK and will involve travel and overnight stays. Plenty of training, support and guidance will be offered as part of the role.

This role can be based in either the London or Liverpool office

Knowledge and skills required

  • Must have financial services knowledge (client advice)

  • A level (or equivalent) qualification - with a good standard of English & Maths

  • Ability to use Word and PowerPoint, IT/Systems literate

  • Will need to be flexible for travel, and willing to spend nights away from home

  • Display a good degree of technical knowledge

  • Ideally hold a professional qualification

  • Ideally have experience of training design, delivery or both however this is not essential
