Working both alone or as part of a team, together with a high level of skill and confidence to overcome and solve problems as they arise, you will need to be confident in undertaking projects.
Driving licence is essential, CSCS card preferred. A qualification such as Craft City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 is desirable.
It is important that candidates should have good interpersonal skills, good organisational skills and be flexible / adaptable. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial. It is also desirable to have experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms and / or experience in plumbing (1st and 2nd fix).
