Project Manger.

I am currently recruiting on behalf of an International Children Services group for a Project Manger.

You will be joining their team based in Edgbaston and be responsible for driving strategic business change projects activities. You will be a visionary thinker and will have excellent project management and inter-personal skills, highly-developed communication skills, experience in managing budgets and a strong commitment to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of projects
• Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.
• Manage staff as appropriate
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets.
• Analysis Reporting
• Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are planned and executed in-line with the Project Management approach:
• Project team roles and responsibilities
• Risk and Issue identification and management
• System and Operational Acceptance testing
• Deployment planning, management and transition to live operation
• Training: Business (as needed)
• Operational support plans

Salary offered £40,000- £45,000 depending on experience

To be considered for this vacancy you must have 3+ years experience of Project Management within a Children/Adult/Health service and be educated to degree level.

You must be able to work with key stakeholders, understanding the requirements, directing subject matter experts, managing the budget, making the plan and implementing it!!
