COTTINGHAM PARISH COUNCIL is seeking a
DEPUTY CLERK
Salary - £24,146 pro rata (£19,578 actual)
The position is 30 hours per week. Attendance at monthly evening meetings, along with 2 weekend community events per year, are a requirement of the job.
The successful applicant will need to assist the Clerk in their role as the principal advisor to the council & Responsible Financial Officer and help the Clerk in building good relations with external partners and the community.
You will already hold ILCA (Introduction to Local Council Administration) or be prepared to undertake the qualification.
Experience is preferred but not essential.
