Position: Test Manager
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum

Roles & Responsibilities
Co-ordination with Business stakeholders on Strategy, Progress, and Status.
Attend all key stakeholder meetings and represent Client Offshore team (provide Program status updates and discuss challenges and workout solutions/options)
Work closely with Customer Delivery team, Onshore Program Manager and Onsite coordinator to ensure no impact on testing timelines and deliver all project deliverables on time
Work closely with the Offshore Program Test Manager
Manage the Client offshore team
Key Responsibilities also includes
Overseeing projects deliveries of the offshore team
Examining problems with project artifacts, and facilitate Root Cause Analysis
Identification, escalation and mitigation of project risks and issues
Adherence to the test execution schedule
Reporting progress to enable project transparency
Provide key metrics during the testing phases
Manage invoicing for the stream
Mandatory Skill Set
Strong business acumen and industry acumen; BFSI domain
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, Program management and process improvement mindset
Extensive experience in Testing Process / Requirement analysis
Strong understanding and experience of the standard STLC, testing methodologies and Agile testing Process (Agile certification preferable)
Knowledge of Risk Management process (e.g. FMEA)
Knowledge of Quality Center tool: AML
Understanding of Automation tools and frameworks
KEY SKILLS:
BFSI domain, STLC, testing methodologies and Agile testing Process (Agile certification preferable), Risk Management
