A housing association and house-builder based in Bath, they provide great homes and high quality care and support services across the West of England. With over 25,000 customers, they manage more than 13,000 homes and every year they help over 170 people into work, education and training.

They are really passionate about delivering a great Customer Experience and want more of their customers to be delighted by the service they receive, and for them to be able to recommend our client to their friends and family. They want to make it easier for customers to contact and transact across a wide variety of different contact channels to choose from.
This is a new role and part of a new team which will sit within Customer Experience and will involve managing a new set of resident and colleague involvement channels, including the introduction of a new digital platform, to ensure the voice of their customers is heard and understood, so that they can improve services and performance.
In order to help them to achieve this they are seeking a Customer Feedback Lead who will focus on customer and colleague feedback across the group, developing relationships with colleagues across the organization to help them utilize the customer involvement framework and gain and understanding of trends, concerns and opportunities from customer feedback.
You will have experience of successfully developing and implementing digital platforms to obtain customer intelligence.
