Permanent, 37 hours per week Monday-Friday
Our client has just been ranked in the top 50 in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to work for in the whole of the UK and they are looking for someone new to join their Lettings Team.
They are a housing and support organisation based in Bath, providing affordable homes and high quality care and support services across the West of England. They manage nearly 13,000 homes and are developing and building 300 homes every year.
They’re looking for an experienced administrator to undertake the role of Lettings Coordinator for the Lettings team who are responsible for delivering properties to the right person, at the right time, and with the right support.
You will be responsible for providing administration support to the Lettings Negotiators, and being the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
This is a busy and varied role and will require great communication and organisational skills. The main duties of this role include booking appointments, telephoning customers, obtaining references and ensuring records are maintained and up to date.
