This company is one of the fastest growing private housebuilders in the UK. They are now looking for an office administrator to work within their residential sales department and to co-ordinate the sales and marketing activities.

You will focus on:
- Answering the telephones in a polite and professional manner
- Managing and updating online property portals Right Move, Zoopla etc
- Listing and amending new properties
- Maintaining diaries for the sales team
- Managing fresh sales enquiries, qualifying applicants and co-ordinating viewings on behalf of the sales executives.
- Recording all incoming marketing leads and produce weekly activity reports.
- Obtain customer feedback after appointments.

Who are they looking for?

They are looking for candidates whose skills include:

- Must have a minimum of 7 GCSE A-C passes and A* - B GCSE grade in English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in IT packages including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills including verbal and written
- Excellent general administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner
