City Centre Recruitment are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to work at our Southampton office on a fixed term contract from May until September recruiting staff for our expanding cleaning services division
Recruitment Resourcers have the following responsibilities within the team;
* Sourcing and Screening of candidates via cv selection and interviewing
* Ensure all vacancies are filled through advert response and CV searching
* Interviewing prospective candidates for current vacancies
* Liaising with clients on a daily basis and updating on positions you are recruiting for
* Processing timesheets
* Ensuring all paperwork is completed and entered on computerised system
This role involves no cold calling.
Your time will be spent finding great candidates for your clients and developing strong client relationships, whilst ensuring all administration is constantly up to date.
Candidates should have the following skills;
* The ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and candidates
* Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines
* Excellent administration skills
* Superb communication skills
* Strong organisational abilities including good time management skills
* The drive and determination to succeed in a fast paced environment
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm ( 37.5 per week )
In return we can offer:
* Basic salary of GBP15600- GBP16975 per annum depending on experience
* Monthly bonus scheme
* 28 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays)
