Assistant Bar and Lounge Manager- 4 Star Hotel
Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Bar and Lounge Manager for their exceptional 4 star, 1 rosette property.
This hotel is a popular choice for both corporate and leisure guests over the years having quickly established itself in the local market as a leading hotel with a high level of repeat clientele.
The Hotel has a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 8 meeting rooms for up to 400 in the largest Lakeview suite, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities and a multi-outlet food and beverage operation which includes the 1 AA Rosette restaurant and a busy Bar & Lounge.
We are looking for a talented Assistant Bar and Lounge Manager who is capable of bringing their own skills to a very busy hotel and who is able to assist in training and developing the team and setting up systems and standards.
Ideal candidates should possess the following attributes :-
* Have a strong hotel lounge and bar background.
* Work at consistently high standards
* Be well presented and have excellent communication skills
* Be able to manage and develop the bar team Micros EPOS , Opera and Delphi knowledge would be an advantage
To be considered for this position you should ideally have a proven and stable background as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a branded hotel environment and ideally experience in a rosette establishment.
