Active Solutions UK Ltd are a leader in the Construction, Power, Transmission and Distribution Sector for labour supply based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Our Construction Division specialise in the supply of trades and labour to the Construction, Shopfitting and Interiors and Mechanical and Electrical sectors. We provide labour on a nationwide basis to a variety of clients which include large main contractors and smaller sub contractors.

We also have a successful and established Power Division which supply contract and permanent staff for substations, power stations and wind farms. The market will never decrease and we can enable the right candidate to have great career within an interesting and an ever developing and evolving market.

Due to continued growth in our Construction division we are looking to add value to our team and give someone an opportunity to establish themselves a career within the Recruitment industry. You may be already working in recruitment and looking for a market sector that has longevity, liaising with professional and skilled contractors.

You will be responsible for attracting candidates and working on specialist roles. We conduct thorough telephone interviews with all our candidates, check references, qualifications, certificates. We thoroughly check our candidates to ensure we supply the right person to the job first time.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients. This will mean you speaking to them on a regular basis to update them on live requirements, their current workers and taking instruction from them when they place orders with us. You will need to do this methodically and professionally and be somebody they enjoy speaking to on a regular basis.

Recruiting throughout the UK you will be required to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, verbal and written and the ability to liaise with candidates and clients at all levels.

Some roles are technical and complicated but if you want to make it happen and learn there is no reason why you cannot learn and understand who you are actually recruiting for and the industry.
