Internal Sales Executive
Our client specialises in adapting new technology to meet the needs of the automotive aftersales market , including the ability to create and implement bespoke web-based solutions . They also recognize the vital importance of traditional customer engagement , through both telephone-based and face-to-face contact.
As a result, they operate call-centres on behalf of many major players in the marketplace, staffed with expert Internal Sales Executives to ensure the efficiency of the services and to generate additional revenue, as well as undertaking outsourced marketing operations.
Ideally located - Newbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Thatcham, Winchester, Hook
Salary: GBP18,500 Basic
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm OR 8:30am-5:30pm
The Role
* Contacting customers on behalf of the client
* Arranging and booking appointments for the Field Representatives
* Maintain customer relationships and building new clients on behalf of the customer
* Taking messages and receiving incoming calls
The Candidate
* Excellent telephone manner
* Willing to learn and take on new challenges
* Database and Excel skills
* Outgoing personality who will fit into a lively sales team
* The role is very varied with new tasks and customers being introduced regularly
* You will be expected to take on new challenges and adapt to the given tasks
