Senior Training Co-ordinator
Part Time, 30 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 pro rata per annum

Our client is the leading organisation supporting families and educating professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. Every year the charity trains c9,000 professionals, helping them to better understand and meet the needs of grieving families. This training is delivered both by skilled personnel and practitioners employed by the charity as well as by a group of freelance facilitators.
They are looking to recruit a part-time Senior Training Co-ordinator (30 hours per week) to assist the Head of Training in delivering their high quality training to professionals in the UK.
Key tasks/duties include:
- Leadership and supervision of training team co-ordinators
- Co-ordination and preparation for delivery of Countrywide training
- Produce and update course materials
- Prepare itineraries, travel arrangements and accommodation for training facilitators
- Provide statistical data, and input of training-related information
You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of working as an administrator in a busy environment and will possess excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, experience in Microsoft Office applications and a CRM database, and a natural flare for motivating and interacting, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
