Sense are currently looking for a number of Customer Service Assistants to join our team at our purpose built centre TouchBase Pears, in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This is a part time role on an annualised contract, working up to 25 hours per week.

About the role
As a Customer Service Assistant at TouchBase Pears, you will be a vital part of ensuring we provide a warm welcome to everyone who comes into the building. The majority of your time will be spent serving in our Hive Café, but you will also work flexibly to cover the Reception desk, and to assist with events as a Steward or Catering Assistant.
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience providing great customer service, ideally in a catering, reception or retail environment. You will be able to demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills and you must be willing to learn new communication methods.
You'll be flexible and able to work a variety of shift patterns including evenings, early mornings and weekends. Your rota will be issued approximately two weeks in advance allowing you to plan your life accordingly.
