Marketing Assistant - Training Team
Part Time, 15 hours per week
Salary: £18,000 pro rata per annum (£7,200)

Our client is the leading organisation supporting families and educating professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. Every year the charity trains c9,000 professionals, helping them to better understand and meet the needs of grieving families. This training is delivered both by skilled personnel and practitioners employed by the charity as well as by a group of freelance facilitators.
They are looking to recruit a part-time Training Team Marketing Assistant – 15 hours per week, to assist in the administration of all aspects of promotion and marketing within the training team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide general admin support within the team
- Use of social media platforms and making direct contact with organisations and individuals to promote our client's courses
- Responding to telephone and email training enquires
- Collating and compiling statistical data relating to training evaluations and feedback
You will have some experience of working in training and/or marketing in a busy environment, possess excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, and will have a natural flair for motivating and interacting with people with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
