Food Operational Lead / Service Delivery
UK Wide - Northern, Southern and/or Midlands

Role Purpose: To be fully accountable for the financial and operational management of one or more Key Accounts from the Food Industry. To work with the business development function in order to provide targeted growth to the accounts through the addition of Bureau Veritas service lines. To be the main point of contact for all Client interactions and to actively identify, drive and implement effective delivery of the Account(s) and ensure client SLA's are achieved and exceeded.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the effective delivery of all Bureau Veritas services to meet and exceed client SLA's
Develop a growth strategy for each account
Work with the client and Bureau Veritas business development function to promote and secure additional services in line with the growth strategy for each account
Work closely with key internal stakeholders (e.g. Regional Directors, Area Managers and support functions) across Bureau Veritas to ensure that all relevant people are motivated to deliver excellent customer service
Develop Management Information (MI) to meet client's requirements
Provide internal Management Information (MI) to demonstrate operational and financial metrics for circulation within Bureau Veritas
Identify and implement continuous improvement across the account to demonstrate added value to the client and Bureau Veritas
Engage and work with the Bureau Veritas Commercial team for new tender opportunities, where applicable
Act as a role model in the delivery of excellent customer service
Act as the client champion to make sure the implementation of new services or the expansion of existing services (e.g. additional geographic areas) is delivered seamlessly.
Make sure all Key Account milestones are met and adhered to (e.g. invoicing) and actively manage the improvement of Work In Progress (WIP), and cash collection (DSO & CIDs)
Act as a role model to demonstrate Bureau Veritas' H&S standards, Core Values, Code of Ethics, and Leadership Behaviours
