Bar/Catering Manager
Job description
We are looking for a person/couple to join our team as our Seasonal Clubhouse Manager/s on our busy Holiday Park. The role requires complete operational management of the facility, including food and beverage ordering, stock rotation, menus, staff hiring, training & management, rotas, Adhering to Health & Safety, maintaining up to date records, housekeeping, entertainment and events. You must hold a personal licence and your food hygiene certificate. Previous hospitality experience is a necessity.
This is a Seasonal role which commences before Easter and ends first week of November. We are looking for a permanent placement to take this role on every year. It will suit either a couple or single individual. Accommodation is provided on the Park with water and electric included. In the closed season there is the potential to do additional work on Park if it is required by the applicant/s. You will be supported and report to the Park General Manager.
Location
Hardwick Parks is a 190 acre Holiday Park set in a rural location but close to the busy town of Witney. It is made up of beautiful parklands and lakes. The Park has 196 touring/camping pitches, and 160 static holiday caravans on site with a mix of Private Owners and letting fleet. There is also a Water sports centre and shop on park.

Experience required
- Excellent customer service skills are required to deal with the general public and to ensure our customer’s enjoyment.
- Good Product knowledge
- The ability to devise and cost out menus working to a GP%
- The ability to manage staff and your payroll
- Line cleaning and cellar maintenance
- Working with computerised till systems
