SeeAbility provides extraordinary support and champions better eye care for people with learning disabilities and autism, many of whom have sight loss. We encourage people with disabilities to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society. The people we support overcome huge barriers to achieve exciting new things every day: some big, some small, all extraordinary.

To be successful in this role you'll be truly passionate about the provision of exceptional and person centred support. You'll be a strong motivator with great supervisory skills and will seek new ways of working by thinking outside of the box and being creative with solutions. You'll take personal responsibility for the quality of care and support delivered to the people we support, both by yourself and your team, always striving to do what is right by them. Experience of working with people who have learning dissabilities and/or visual impairment is also advantageous. In addition, you'll possess a current driving licence with the ability to travel independently as required and be able to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the service and partake in on call to provide emergency support include evenings and weekends.
