Appointment Setter

Part Time Appointment Setter – Based in Hertford – 2 days per week - £8 per hour, plus commission

We are an established one of a kind company based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. We manage the table bookings for some of the UK's top restaurants. With a team in excess of 60 people and 5 years’ experience under our belt, we are a highly regarded provider of outsourced services within the sector of fine dining.

Our friendly team are trained to offer excellent customer service, helping our clients to keep their restaurants full.  As part of our ambitious expansion plans, we are keen to appoint a part-time appointment setter.

Our part-time appointment setter will be responsible for:

• Identifying and contacting potential new clients, enthusing them about the fantastic service we can offer.
• Qualifying leads and scheduling effective appointments for our sales team.
• Keeping accurate records of contacts made, ensuring timely and appropriate follow up as agreed.
• Supporting our sales team in preparing for meetings.

To succeed in this role, our appointment setter will need to have an outgoing and professional telephone manner.  They must be organised, self-motivated and thrive on the challenge of creating new business.  Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of cold calling and/or appointment setting.

For this part time role, our appointment setter will be expected to work 16 hours per week – ideally over two days but for the right candidate, we can be flexible.

The successful candidate would receive a basic salary plus attractive commission for appointments made and converted.

This is a busy and vibrant environment based in the centre of Hertford, which is full of character, restaurants and bars – so expect a social aspect to this role with your colleagues.
