Finance Business Analyst

My client has been investing in property in the UK since 1912, I am assisting them in the search for a Finance Business Analyst with the following;

• Support business requirements gathering process
• Data analysis, data mapping, data cleansing and data migration
• Documentation of business processes and risk and control matrices
• Documentation of test scripts and test scenarios
• Support business testing activities
• Support operational readiness activities
• Support project status reporting
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising data and identifying trends
• Proactively resolve customer satisfaction issues

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Educated to degree level is preferred
• Knowledge of Real Estate Finance processes is essential
• Previous IT domain experience, particularly in Project Management
• Previous experience and knowledge of working in a similar role is essential
• Experience of working in business change management is essential
• Previous experience of stakeholder management and the ability to manage relationships across the business
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Demonstrable experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem solving
• Excellent organisational skills, with experience of managing a large and complex workload
• Demonstrable experience of ability to communicate both orally and in writing, both internally and externally
• Strong demonstrable analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
