An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join us at our Fenny Road site in Stoke Hammond.

Reporting directly to the Projects Manager, you will undertake the day to day management of construction activities of a designated project or section of a project in order to maximize the company’s profitability and client satisfaction.  You will also ensure programme, Health and Safety and Quality Control are upheld to the highest of standards at all times.

You will be able to control all site activities either as lead role or supporting role as required and will report directly to the Projects Manager on larger projects or to Contracts Manager where you are lead role on site.

You will also be responsible for the implementation of Mears SHE procedures along with the co-ordination of Subcontractors H&S ensuring RAM’s are in place prior to setting to work.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous site management experience and possess SMSTS, CSCS and Scaffold Inspection qualifications.

With an understanding of construction processes, you will have a wide-ranging knowledge of construction techniques and will be familiar with working with different computer systems and software.
