College Adviser

Salary: £18,579 - £20,641 per annum plus performance related bonus

Hours: 37 per week

Contract Type: Temporary (up to 12 month maternity cover)

As a College Adviser you will work closely with school students, school careers coordinators and heads of year and parents.

A key function of the role is to provide accurate information, advice and guidance to young people in Devon and the South West on their transition to further education.

The College Adviser will need to be

• Dynamic, lively, enthusiastic and personable.
• Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of people.
• Be part of a small outstanding performing team who enjoy the respect of professionals, pupils and parents for their integrity.

There will be an opportunity to work flexibly including some evenings at college and school events.
