(Term time plus 3 weeks, including INSET days)

A Catering Manager is required as soon as possible for this converter academy, to organise the provision of the catering service within the school, under the direction of the School Finance Director. You will play an active part in identifying opportunities to develop the service and ensure a cost effective, healthy and excellent quality service for our students and staff. You will support catering staff on the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals and ensure the catering department meets legislative requirements and school policies and procedures, i.e. Health and Safety, Food Hygiene etc. Provision of refreshments at school functions both during term time and occasionally during holiday periods may be required.
Bellerive is a popular, successful and over-subscribed Catholic College for girls aged 11-18 with a mixed Sixth Form. It works in partnership with 4 other schools at Post-16.
