Mears Housing Management is going through an exciting period of growth and we are seeking candidates that have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join us in Uxbridge on a full time, permanent basis.  So if you are seeking a new challenge within property management and don’t want to work on Saturdays, we would love to hear from you!

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will manage your very own portfolio of social housing properties occupied on a variety of different tenures.

You will be responsible for moving tenants in, moving tenants out and everything in between including, tenancy and income management, welfare benefits advice, ensuring properties are in good condition and health and safety risks are identified and rectified.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of managing residential property and delivering exceptional customer service to a variety of clients with different needs.

 

A key part of this role is to effectively manage customer expectations and meet their needs. It is therefore essential that you possess great communication skills and the ability to remain resilient and calm under pressure to ensure all priorities are met.

With exceptional organisation skills, you will have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and will be IT literate utilising a variety of software packages.

Working Hours – 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
