Full Time / Part Time Kitchen Assistant We are currently recruiting for a talented, guest focussed individual to join us as an Team Leader at our yet to be named Great Notley site. A new acquisition to the McMullen estate, to open in 2018 with an amazing design post a refurbishment. The site has been closed for 9 Months and will undergo extensive works prior to opening in the spring. The site sits tucked away in a housing estate next door to the village hall, a Tesco and some local shops/doctors and nursery. There is significant local housing development in the local area too. There will be dining covers inside, a nice bar area, added to the 80 covers outside in the enclosed sun-trap terrace overlooking the village green and cricket pitch. Why Chicken and Grill Pubs? Key Responsibilities of the Role: Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen ready for service or the next trading session Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service Being a team player, helping and assisting the Chefs when required You will need to be eligible to work in the UK with a valid UK bank account and NI number.
