IVA Drafter
Our clients are a established Insolvency Practice based in Liverpool, Merseyside and specialize in helping individuals or couples struggling with unsecured debt; currently handling over 2,500 cases.
Our clients are looking to add to a already very strong, drafting team to help them maintain their status as one of the leading IVA providers in the UK.
As a Drafter, you will be responsible for completing a SIP3 consultation with clients that have been introduced into the business and drafting the subsequent proposal for the consideration of our in-house IPs. You will be expected to manage a caseload of clients and maintain a high level of new cases whilst actively pushing through your active cases in the shortest time frames.
The individuals we are looking for will have an intricate understanding of IVAs and a provable track record of successfully converting cases to full IVAs.
We expect that you will be a professional candidate with a genuine willing to help those in financial distress which is demonstrated through an empathetic demeanor and a confidence in your role.
Key requirements:
• A successful working history in successfully completing SIP3 consultations and drafting IVAs. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 3+ years' experience
• A detailed knowledge of IVAs including the client journey
• An assertive yet passionate tone on the phone
• A desire to help those in need
• An ability to work well within a team and to support colleagues on complex cases
• The capacity to work in a high pressured environment whilst maintaining professionalism

What to expect in the recruitment process:
All candidates who we feel meet the job specification will be invited for a job interview in one of our clients offices with either the HR Manager or a departmental Manager. Second interviews may be offered after this with an Operations Manager. All applicants will be subject to testing and, where necessary, role plays to determine ability. This is nothing to worry about and will be held away from anyone but the interviewing officer.
Please only apply if you have genuine experience working as an IVA drafter.
Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis upon interview however will be in line with industry standards. This role will include the odd Saturday where required but will come with a travel allowance where applicable and a generous bonus structure.
