So….what will I be doing?

Well, once you’ve completed your initial period of training and feel ready to get out there to make your mark, you’ll be making business-to-business appointments, meeting clients from a huge range of businesses. You’ll gain experience in both sales and marketing, which will help you to identify new clients and manage existing relationships so you’ll learn everything you need to know about our unique style of recruitment.

Hmmm...sounds good, but I’m not a graduate and I don’t have any recruitment experience…

Although we are keen to hear from graduates, we won’t focus on the subject or your grades as our main focus is your ambition, determination and personality. We’re looking for individuals with the right combination of tenacity, character and attitude who will develop a long term successful career with us. We’ll consider your application on your personal merits so don’t be put off from applying just because you haven’t studied at degree level.

The role will be challenging, there’s no denying that, however your initial period of training and the ongoing mentoring and guidance you will receive from skilled colleagues around you will ensure that you can hit the ground running to embark on an exciting new career within the recruitment industry.

Oh, and by the way, you don’t need any previous recruitment experience – just enthusiasm, strong people skills and the drive to push yourself to be the best.
