Field based Cavity Wall and Loft Inspectors / Energy Assessors / Advisors.

Flexible working hours, working from home and visiting people and domestic properties to assess cavity walls and lofts.

This is a varied role, working from home and travelling regionally between domestic properties checking the eligibility of remedial works to cavity walls and lofts. Previous experience or the recognised BBA accreditation would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided

The suitable candidate should be available for an immediate start. The role will include drilling and checking cavity walls to domestic properties to identify if the cavity wall is clear and suitable for cavity wall insulation and climb into lofts to check if they are suitable for insulation.  The suitable candidate must be able to work with a tablet device to enter data, measurements and technical information relating to the property and understand and have experience with email systems and calendar systems for work schedules.

The package will include a vehicle and fuel card, along with all the relevant equipment to complete the daily tasks.  We are looking for people that are self-motivated, customer-oriented and presentable as you will be visiting people in their homes.
