Account Manager - Temp Recruitment

We are looking for an Account Manager to work with one of our most significant MSP clients. You will handle all elements of the Temp Recruitment life cycle from end to end, working closely with a 3rd party temp agency, ensuring smooth day to day processes and making sure all SLAs/KPIs are met across the board.

The role

The majority of time will be spent on site at our clients various offices, dependent on key stakeholders availability you will be required to travel in between locations across the UK. Working closely with a 3rd party agency supplying candidates, you will manage the vacancy life cycle from end to end in a relationship manager capacity, coordinating briefings with the Hiring Managers, arranging interviews and working with the agency and internal process teams to carry out the on-boarding process.

This role is fast paced with high volumes, so organisational skills and attention to detail are key, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will need to ensure all actions are completed on systems to ensure accurate reporting, as well as continuous maintenance of records to assist with the production of quarterly MI packs.

The person

We are looking for someone who has experience in a Recruitment Coordination or Account Management capacity in a temp division, with a thorough understanding of the full recruitment cycle, including managing client relationships and third party suppliers.

Credibility with the client is essential so you need to have experience of dealing with senior members of the business and ideally within the Financial Services industry, or another area of professional services.

Although you will have the full support of the Resource Management team involved with this account, you will need to be self-motivated and happy to work independently, with a proactive approach to your work and excellent communication skills to maintain remote relationships.
