Digital Project Manager

£400 - £475 per day
As the Project Manager, you will work for a market leader in the global Insurance market. Over the next 3 years, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of a Digital transformation piece across the entire business that will completely change the way in which the business engages with its customers.
Project Name and Description
This is a large programme running over a 3-year period that looks to transform the intermediary online offering for UK Insurance; covering Independent Financial Advisers, General Insurance Brokers and healthcare specialists. The programme is envisaged to cover three phases:
* Fix - Deliver a consistent and improved user experience based on fit for purpose technology (migration off obsolete technologies)
* Evolve - Enhancements and additions to drive self-service to support growth & retention (working with 99&3 and Claims Transformation programmes)
* Transformation - become No 1 for Intermediaries - drive customer experience improvements e.g. Ask it Never for Intermediary
Business Knowledge
* Experience of operating with at least 2 years experience as a Project Manager (essential)
* Agile project management experience (essential)
* Experience of financial services and in particular General Insurance products (desirable)
* Experience of working on large scale or complex projects typically greater than £2M (essential)
* Experience of working on eCommerce or web focused development projects (essential)
* Working with 3rd party suppliers (desirable)
System Knowledge
* Galaxy / PPMA (Desirable)
* MS Project (desirable)
* MS PowerPoint (essential)
* MS Excel (essential)
* MS Word (essential)
* MS Outlook (essential)
