My client is looking for an experienced and ambitious General Manager/ House Manager to join their team in the New Year and help prep for the Opening in March
Role Description
A General Manager who is a hands-on leader and financially astute, a great team player and has experience in a similar setting.
Typical scope of work includes but is not limited to:
* Strategic planning and business development
* Service in peak periods
* Team recruitment, training, leading and retention
* P&L management and driving the businesses success
Necessary requirements
* At least 2 years at General manager level
* A confident business manager
* An approachable, friendly and relaxed manner
Salary GBP45,000 plus bonus
