We are recruiting for people for our central London office (within walking distance from Cannon Street Station) with the raw ability and hunger to succeed in sales. Previous experience isn't important as in return we offer successful candidates full and comprehensive training with ongoing support from both your colleagues and the senior leadership team. Due to this previous sales experience is not essential.
Our Trainees earn a realistic basic salary as quoted here of between GBP18,000 and GBP25,000 - to repeat that's a basic, not an OTE. On top of this we offer a fantastic commission structure which is completely uncapped, with a first year OTE of between GBP30K -GBP40K. Other trainees have enjoyed fantastic success, for example the manager of our London office was previously stacking shelves in Tesco!
The role will entail calling businesses throughout the UK and selling our unique solution using our refined and easy to follow sales process. Plus you will also retain any customers you bring on board, allowing you to build lasting business relationships.
To be successful in this position you will need;
- A great speaking voice to communicate well with our business customers
- Commitment to put in the effort on a consistent basis to achieve the results you want
- Money motivation
- An honest and sincere work ethic, and demonstrable integrity
