We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Colchester who are looking for an experienced and HR and Recruitment administrator to join a busy team. The role is varied and challenging with a high volume of work.
The main duties include:
• The delivery of an excellent service to all users of the recruitment function through the provision of high quality, professional and timely administration.
• Management of the candidate management system on a day to day basis, ensuring that role information is accurate, approvals are being made and roles when approved are posted quickly to the appropriate advertising source.
• Manage and support the interview scheduling process through system with applicants and hiring managers
• Be the first point of contact for hiring managers and candidates for vacancy and recruitment enquiries. resolving queries professionally and promptly
• Manage the reference request process for all new starters.
• Compile accurate and timely recruitment data for the HR monthly report and other reports as required
Candidates should ideally have expeirence in HR and/or recruitment administration and like a fast paced environment. You should also have excellent customer service, strong attention to detail and be a strong team player with a flexible attitude.
