It's essential that you are craft trained. You will be in Junior Operations manager position looking for that next step. You will have multisite experience and want to extend your portfolio by managing different sectors of contract catering. This company love to develop their team. You will be managing high volume of sites potentially more and location is key to this role. This company is renowned for working hard so your work ethic will be questioned. Looking for a team player who likes to get their hands dirty.
