We have an exciting career opportunity in a beautiful part of the Hampshire Countryside, within close proximity to modern city living, with excellent rail links to London, Basingstoke and the South. Our two GP Practices (Oakley and Overton and Kingsclere Surgeries) are merging, and this provides an excellent opportunity for a leader to drive forward practice integration early this year. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, energetic and articulate Practice Business manager to support the merger and the development of new models of delivering health care in the community - is this you? Initially you will be the Business Manager for Oakley and Overton and post-merger will include Kingsclere.

Practice Business Manager

Salary circa GBP50 - GBP60k (depending on experience)

This is a full-time role, based at Oakley and Overton Surgery in Overton, Hampshire (shortlisted finalist for the HSJ Compassionate Patient Care Award 2016). We are a Training Practice, with a list size after merging with Kingsclere Surgery of 17,500 patients - providing the highest quality of care to our patient population. We are looking for an experienced business manager with a passion for engagement and communication with patients, staff and all our stakeholders. Applicants will need access to regular transport.

Excellent interpersonal and credible leadership skills will be paramount in leading our forthcoming change as the Practices merge and develop.
