Corporate Senior Associate - International Law Firm
London
This is a great opportunity to join a large international law firm in London. We have two Senior Associate roles within the Private M&A practice suitable for someone 5-7 years PQE.
We would like to hear from you if you are a qualified lawyer who meets the following criteria:
* 5-7 years' PQE.
* UK or equivalent qualification.
* Private M&A experience essential
* Strong academics.
* Significant level of responsibility on transactions worked on previously.
The Firm:
Our client currently has huge growth plans; one of which highlights 5 new corporate Partner promotions over the next 3 years. Over 150 individuals within this firm are listed in Chambers and Legal 500, with over 120 practices also listed.
The client base spans globally and nationally with a very strong presence within many sectors including life sciences, real estate, energy and financial services. Transactions range from £50m - £250m and include a lot of cross boarder work, particularly in North America. The Private M&A practice are one of the largest in the corporate team making up over 40% of the corporate team revenue.
