EMEA Sales Enablement Specialist Location: Brighton, UK Oracle Dyn is a Global Business Unit, part of the Oracle Corporation,specialising in the edge services that support high performance web andcloud computing environments. Our customers are enterprises, SMBs andfast growth scale-ups who utilise Oracle Dyn's edge solutions to improvethe performance, availability and security of online applications andservices. We are entering a period of fast growth and are looking for anorganised and experienced sales enablement specialist to support theexciting goals we have for EMEA in 2018 and beyond. Reporting into theEMEA Product Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for supportingthe regional sales organization's enablement activities, with a focus onnew hire on boarding, sales enablement and product training. This role requires an experienced well-rounded individual who hasexcellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as proventraining experience. The Role: Create and deliver enablement programmes and initiatives to address the needs of the EMEA sales organisation Work with the global Sales Enablement Organisation to deliver a vibrant training and enablement curriculum for the EMEA region Tailor and drive execution of centrally created initiatives including, but not limited to sales team on-boarding, continuous development and sales skills training Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales leadership to schedule and deliver training sessions Identify business gaps affiliated with regional enablement and develop enablement programs to address regional needs Work with product marketing and product management to understand product release schedules and field enablement needs for all new technologies (acquired or developed Create materials and assets that support training and enablement for sales success Leverage metrics and analysis to prioritise deployment of enablement tools, processes and programs. Desired Skills and Experience 3-5 years' experience in a similar position with a p roven track record of organising and delivering successful enablement programs using a variety of methods (presentation, video, elearning etc) Understanding of cloud computing technologies and passion to learn new technical products and concepts Experience of working in sales, with first hand understanding of the challenge of carrying a quota Excellent project management skills and experienced in managing multiple complex projects. Facilitation skills and experience building innovative learning exercises for sales training Strong communication skills (including active listening) with the ability to break-down and explain complex topics Experience with sales coaching and feedback Experience of implementing and delivering training on sales methodology programs from outside training vendors Understanding of product marketing with the ability to communicate product vision and roadmap and clearly articulate pros and cons of competing strategies. Excellent MS Office skills. This includes conductingneeds assessments to identify strategically aligned learning anddevelopment initiatives, designing and developing training courseware ina variety of delivery modes (e.g., instructor led training, self-pacedtraining, virtual, blended), managing external vendors to collaborate incontent creation, as well as providing input on measures regardingbusiness impact and effectiveness of deployed learning solutions.Contribute to the design, develop, and deploy world class blendedlearning programs that are experiential, drive behavior change andincrease performance within our global Sales business units as directedby senior staff. Develop learning curricula that align with internallearning and performance strategies. Build and maintain valuedrelationship with key stakeholders (Regional sales management,performance teams, instructional design teams and external vendorexecutives). Develop assessment approaches that conform to accreditationstrategies and processes. Evaluate the business impact of learningprograms through use of learning and performance metrics.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. Mayhave project lead role. Typically 5 plus years relevant experience inSales and Sales Enablement plus knowledge in the Applications,Technology or Hardware sectors is needed. Coaching and ProjectManagement experience across a variety of delivery mediums. Deepexperience designing and developing learning programs across deliverymediums including mobile learning, e-learning, virtual learning, livesimulation, and live classroom. Proficient in establishing learning andperformance metrics and measurements (ROI and Benchmarking). Strong inbuilding relationships and maintaining relationships. Experience inanalyzing business needs and selling value to customers. Previousproject/program management experience. Experience deliveringfacilitation, training, coaching and/or development of learningprograms. Self starter with high energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative,and commitment. Excellent communication, facilitation and persuasiveskills, both written and verbal. Ability to build strong relationshipsand navigate through senior stakeholder discussions. Experienceleveraging standard eLearning tools and web-based meeting tools. Teamplayer. Leadership skills. Business travel of up to 30 percent annuallymay be expected of this position. Knowledge of Instructional designauthoring tools preferred. Fluency in English, working knowledge ofother languages is an asset.
