We have an exciting opportunity for a Pension Administrator to work as part of a small HR & Payroll Services team based at our head office on the outskirts of Bradford. You will work closely with the Trustees, pension provider and external advisers in the processing of pension transactions and deal with queries from members, trustees and other stakeholders.

This role also involves liaising with our Insurance Broker regarding insurance renewals for Group Income Protection and Healthcare.

You will be responsible for updating pension and insurance data in our payroll system and use your analytical skills to carry out monthly reconciliations to ensure that data is accurate.

Pension Administrator Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

+ Attending a series of meetings with Trustees of the Pensions and a Member of the Trustee Governance -Subcommittee.
+ Attendance at quarterly meetings and other ad hoc review meetings as required by the Trustees.
+ Ensuring accurate minutes of the meetings are taken and distributed.
+ Information gathering from the Company Advisors and The Pension Regulator to ensure the scheme complies fully with all regulatory guidelines.
+ Manage the relationship between the scheme Auditors, the Trustees and our Third Party Administrator to ensure the annual report and accounts, audit and benefit testing exercises are completed within the required timescales.

To be a success in this role you will have gained prior experience in pensions in-house administration, ensuring new employees are correctly on-boarded and that leavers are managed and communicated to, working closely with the pension providers for both the DB and DC elements of the arrangements.
