Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Senior Project and Regeneration Manager on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in North London.

This role includes project managing new build and regeneration schemes, co-ordinating project teams of consultants, developers, contractors and others from project inception to completion and liaison with the GLA and Local Authorities as well as other relevant bodies to ensure that schemes are developed and completed in accordance with relevant funding and procedural requirements

For this Senior Project and Regeneration Manager role, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the development process, the ability to demonstrate an understanding of laws and practice involved in the development process and work within GLA funding procedures. The role requires a high level of numeracy and excellent communication skills.
