We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our dynamic Voids team based in Milton Keynes.

Within this role, you will work with the Operational team to provide planning and administrative support to the Partnering Manager and will work as a member of the team to assist in the efficient and effective operation of the branch.

Whilst taking calls and raise orders appropriately, you will request the appropriate certification for each void property and will code work orders and completing jobs on the void contract.

You will work closely with the Void Supervisor and East Kent Housing to ensure a smooth transaction throughout the entire void process, and will make sure all paper work is in order and jobs are coded correctly and reporting on profit percentages to management.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous Administration experience in a busy office environment, including experience of working to deadlines.

Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths, you will also have working knowledge of computerized systems, including data entry and calculations, along with knowledge of the filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems.

Although not essential, Building Maintenance knowledge and experience of planning operatives’ workloads would be an advantage.
